Interestingly and frequently, patients are merely given a generic list of exercises by their physician which generally does not speak to the specifics of a patient’s particular condition. An improperly structured exercise program can strengthen the wrong tissues, aggravate conditions and frustrate recovery.

The doctors will prescribe a few specific exercises for your condition because the performance of a few exercises improves your compliance, improves outcomes and ensures better recovery times.
